I already have a domain name. Can I still get a package?

Yes! If you have already purchased your domain name with another company we will transfer your domain name for free. We do it all for you, and you get to keep your arrangement with that domain registration company. TOP

How do I choose a package?

All our packages contain the essential features to creating a complete website. You can browse our various packages in the 'Templates' and 'Custom Websites' sections of this site. Each package is priced based on the number of features and pages it includes. If you are having trouble picking a website pack, you can visit our Tips on Packages page. If you would like a custom website but you're not sure which one, click the 'Pay Later' button and you can figure out which package you want during your consultation. TOP

What is the difference between templates and custom websites?

Templates are pre-designed websites which we customize for you using your images and text. Custom Websites are created from scratch for you based on your needs and ideas. Both templates and custom websites include with them all the tools you need to get your site up on the web. Custom Websites, however, offer more special features (ie guestbooks, video clips) and come with a one on one consultation with a designer.TOP

What happens after I order?

After you order a package you will receive an email within the next 48 hours explaining how to proceed. If you ordered a template you will receive instructions on how to customize the template with your own information. If you ordered a custom website you will be contacted by a designer to set up an appointment to start a consultation.

How does the design process work?

TEMPLATES- If you order a template, you will be sent instructions on how to customize your template. Follow these instructions to submit you changes. Once your changes have been submitted allow 7 days for your site to go up.

CUSTOM WEBSITES- Once you order a custom website you will be sent information on how to set up a consultation. During the consultation you will meet with one of our designers to discuss your design needs and ideas for your site. The day of the consultation marks the first day of the design period. During the design period, the designer will post a one-page preliminary mock-up of the general layout of the site. The client can either accept this mock-up or ask for a re-design, free of charge. Once the mock-up has been accepted, W.F.P. will create the rest of the site based on this mock-up. Turn around times vary with packages but range from 4-6 weeks. TOP

How do I update my site?

Most web designers charge additional fees to update your website, or they make you do it yourself. Not here. Every plan comes complete with basic updates. We implement any changes you want on a monthly basis via email. Once your basic update minutes expire you can continue updating using our continued update plan.TOP

You'd be hard-pressed to find any other design company that offers such comprehensive packages. Our packages include things like domain names, hosting, and search engine listing and we offer special features ranging from guestbooks to counters. What programs do you design with?

Our designers are trained in Adobe Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop and Flash. Depending on the project, we may use any one of these programs to create your website. TOP
